Shipping & Delivery

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AURABARE is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Warranty

- Manufacturing defects reported within the applicable return period will be reviewed for replacement or refund.
